Dr. Parsons is a retired United States Marine combat veteran with nearly three decades of comprehensive leadership experience. During his time as a Marine, Dr. Parsons traveled the world and led, advised, mentored, and coached leaders at all levels to achieve success in some of the most complex leadership decisions. Additionally, Dr. Parsons is a life-long learner, specifically in the field of leadership.
